Life Dash

Our life is  entirely summarised  by  a dash.
Wtf?
It’s obvious..
1981- insert date of death.

Everything that we do within those dates define what we accomplish  and who we become or don’t.
One small dash.
two dates
Engraved on our tombstone is what makes our life signicant in this life to others…

That dash between the years is what we did or didn’t get to do with our life.

Or maybe I’m talking  crap…..

Probably the latter ..

Sincerly ,
Daisy

    • Hi LaShelle, hope a is well? I’m sure I can’t be the first person to think of this when looking at the headstone of a loved one. I do have a love for cemeteries becausei find it peaceful and I love to see what people have written on their beloveds as an epitaph.

That dash leaves a lot to the imagination when there is a name , stating who that person was and rhe proximity of the persons date of birth and end of life. Sorry to be so morbid..
