AWARD CATCH UP !
Not heard of this one before
I love cats but there are no questions about cats! So I am rebelling and changing the questions. You can answer the original ones I was asked or my own or make up your own!
First of all,
THE PERPETUAL CAMPERS -CALLING IT HOME
I’ve recently started following Stacy and thought –
not much of a camper am I….
But,
I found out that This PCP (perpetual camping wife) and her family have chosen to do something so epic and live in a camper van.
Why?
Why the hell not?
Adventure is the great appeal for me. Stacy is having a ball and she blogs from her camper van. She loves to have fun and seems to take life at a breezy temperature. It is refreshing .
Okay, so Q&A time…
1.Who was the first Blog / Blogger you heard of / read and did they inspire you to start?
Erm…………… the one that springs to mind is…. nobody . Ha ha! I don’t know. Blogging was just a way I could write and that is why I started. Don’t misinterpret this as that I am not inspired by blogs. I am. I just wanted to write and Blogging seemed like a good way to get into disciplining myself to do it. Can I digress? why is Blogging not in spell check ?
2.Do you see Blogging as a future career or just a side hobby?
I knew I wanted to blog but I didn’t know how it was going to happen, or if I would be able to understand how to make one.
So I become a part of an eco friendly and anti animal cruelty MLM business’ (that turned out to be a rip off ) but I found myself not being able to sell the products because I became obsessed with trying to create awareness about climate change , animal abuse and all related issues.
I ended up turning as much of my home and lifestyle into being as Eco- friendly and anti animal cruelty as possible. I bought anything I could from my own business .My ahem….”Sales pitches” were in fact writing snippets about my views on the actual issues and not the products.
So I don’t know. If some random person comes along one day and wants to pay me for doing something I love to do, well… it’s a no brainer, really. Blogging is a massive part of my life because it is my creative outlet. I love being creative and I want to do more creative things and live a more creative life and if I can make a living from this – I’ll lift my skirt a bit higher . ha ha!
3.What is your all time favourite Album and Why?, How does it make you feel to listen to it?
This is not a fair question..
..okay I finally went to see the band ‘Nine Inch Nails’ in 2014. I would have to say their first album grabs me by the button holes is ‘Pretty hate machine’ 1989. One of my favourite songs off the album ( johnny cash did a cover version of it) is ‘Something I can never have’ . It fit with the chaos and self loathing I bathed in at that time in my life. Here is the video for anyone interested . It’s morbid. But it was me. It was like that song was written for me. I was like – HOW DID YOU KNOW WHAT I WAS FEELING,TRENT? (singer)
Okay, so to balance out the supposedly unlucky Friday the 13 th day, here are the (from my point of view) the 7 lucky nominees… 😀

Oh my friend – I think we have all been a part of an MLM family that was just BOGUS!! lol Living in our camper has been a very interesting adventure! One that we are enjoying so much. When hubby lost his job and had not found one, we knew we had to do something since we couldnt afford rent anymore. There was the camper dad left me when he passed. Perfect home and reminder of dad every day. The great thing about it is that it forces us to communicate when we dont really feel like it. There is no place to hide and we are always in each others space. It has brought us so close together.

WOW! I can’t imagine many people wouldn’t view your experience in the way you have.-maybe this is just me thinking pessimistically . What a wonderful positive person you are. I am defo going to be spending more time around your blog. We tend to live in homes and gather so much stuff. So unnecesarry. Instead of acquiring things to amuse us or engage us we should look at people. Love your outlook on life. Who knows what the future holds but what this has done for your family is something that will bond you and give you so much more of an insight into life and ideas than others. xx I hope your Husband finds a job soon -or if he has I hope he is happy too :0

Its comments like yours that solidified the reasoning as to why I write my blog. I felt like there were other people who were living like we are – but with a stigma. Embarrassment! I know I was at first. But we have embraced where we are and decided to make the best. I mainly wanted to write it as a way to let others know that this is not an embarrassing situation – its just life! lol We have a whole storage room (huge one) stuffed with our stuff and some of my dads things. I had to purge with crap I just didnt need! lol It has been such an experience and I am so glad that we made this decision to do so. It will be a story that our son will be able to talk about one day. Whats so interesting about him is that he is so happy and well adjusted. One would never think by meeting him that he was displaced or unhappy. It has been such a positive for us. By the way, hubby did find a good job! I put it in my blog today. lol Soooo happy for him. Not what he has studied for – but it is a foot in the “door”. xoxo Once again – thank you so much for your positive words. I am so happy you are sticking around to read all about my life in a camper.

Congrats on the award!! Thank you for thinking of me 😄. I’ll have to think about those questions for awhile, I am notoriously bad at picking favorites as everything tends to be a favorite. And just to clarify…we are just guessing what Freddie Mercury’s favorite animals is?

Ha! yes. It has taken me a while to get round to catching up too. You are spot on about the F M animal fave …. Last time I checked there were no ‘get in contact with deadcelebrity seance’ nights going on . 😀
